Consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we’ve implemented the policy below to address copyright violations. We reserve the right to: (1) take down or restrict access to content that we, in good faith, believe to be infringing copyrighted material, and (2) suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate these rules. This policy works in conjunction with our Terms of Service.

- A declaration under penalty of perjury that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
What Happens After a Valid Notice
Once a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice is received:
- We may remove or block access to the material in question;
- The individual responsible for the content will be notified of the claim;
- Repeat violators may be subject to account termination at our discretion.
Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe the content was wrongly removed or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent with the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location on the site;
- A statement affirming your good faith belief that the removal was a mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, phone number, and email, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may notify the original claimant and, unless they file a court action within 10 business days, we may reinstate the material within 10 to 14 business days at our discretion.
