How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled. We recommend carefully reviewing your order before completing checkout.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
All Zalitop products are printed on demand just for you, so we do not accept returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong size, color, or design.
However, if the product has a printing error, defect, or doesn’t match what you ordered, we’ll happily replace or refund it. Please email us clear photos of the issue at [email protected] and we’ll make it right.
Note: If the issue is due to selecting the wrong size and not reviewing our size chart:
- We can reprint your item at cost — you just pay production and shipping.
- We’ll confirm your new size using our sizing chart before reprinting.
- A PayPal invoice will be sent, and once paid, your order will be prioritized.
I made a mistake with my order — what can I do?
Sometimes design selections may cause issues (e.g. white text on a white shirt). Please double-check previews before confirming.
If the issue was our fault (wrong item, misprint, etc.), we’ll correct it quickly — just send us a photo and explanation.
If it was a customer error, we still offer support — a discounted reprint fee and shipping cost will apply (similar to our exchange policy).
My item arrived defective — what should I do?
If we sent a defective or incorrect product, you won’t need to return it. Just send us a clear photo and we’ll offer a full refund or store credit.
In return, we kindly ask that you donate the product to someone in need or a local charity — and let us know when you do. We support minimizing waste and helping others.
My package was returned — what now?
If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, your tracking status may show “Return to Sender.”
Please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll re-ship the item once it’s back with us. A reshipping fee ($6–$8) and handling fee ($2–$4) will apply.
