Refunds & Exchanges

At Zalitop, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your order arrives with a defect or production error, we will gladly provide a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to customer errors such as incorrect size, color, or design selection.

Refunds

We are committed to delivering only the best. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us for a free replacement:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • The print quality is unsatisfactory
  • You received a different item than what you ordered

To submit a request, send an email to [email protected] with a clear photo of the item and any relevant details. Our customer support team will review your case and respond as quickly as possible. If your request is approved, we will ship a replacement free of charge.

For other return requests not related to defects, please contact us for review. If approved, we’ll provide a return address. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Unauthorized returns or items that have been worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your card issuer or financial institution — some processing time may apply
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still don’t see your refund, contact us at [email protected]

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, discounted or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the product is damaged or defective. If you need a replacement for the same item, please email us at [email protected]. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during checkout and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return. Once your returned item is received, we will send you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

Once your claim is approved, we will provide the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted from the total amount refunded.

Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged items may vary. If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking confirmation.
