1. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping in the U.S. is $7.99. International shipping is available for $15.99.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2–3 business days. U.S. orders typically arrive in 1–7 business days after shipping. International orders may take 4–15 business days depending on the destination.

Note: Specialty products like quilts take longer to produce (8–12 days), with total delivery time estimated at 10–15 days.

Is express shipping available?

At this time, we don’t offer expedited shipping as all items are made to order. However, we’re working on faster options for the future.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We currently only support one shipping address per order. Please place separate orders for different delivery locations.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?

Yes, we do! Zalitop supports shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Military shipments are routed via carriers like DHL or UPS and then transferred to USPS. Delivery to APO addresses may take up to 45 days due to security checks.

Will I be charged VAT or customs duties?

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Zalitop does not collect VAT or customs fees — the recipient is responsible for any local charges. Orders shipped from the UK or EU may include a 20% VAT.

Do I get tracking info?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

2. Ordering

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards.

How do I place an order?

  1. Choose your items and add them to the cart.
  2. Enter your billing and shipping information.
  3. Select your preferred shipping method.
  4. Complete your payment and place the order.

Can I use a coupon code?

Yes! Apply your discount code at checkout and click “Apply” to activate it.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t gone into production, we can help make changes or cancel it. Please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive confirmation via email. You’ll get further updates when the item is being produced and once it’s shipped. If you don’t see emails, check your spam or promotions folders.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We offer size exchanges on unworn and unwashed apparel within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges are limited to the same style and color. Customers cover return shipping costs. We do not accept returns on posters, mugs, hats, or other non-apparel items.

What if I receive the wrong item or size?

Please email us with a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll verify the issue and send a replacement within 72 business hours.

I’m not satisfied with my order — can I return it?

If your item is defective, misprinted, or not as ordered, contact us with clear photos. Approved returns will be refunded or replaced after inspection. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.

4. Refunds & Late Returns

How do I request a refund?

Send us an email to start the refund process. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund within 3–5 business days.

What if I haven’t received my refund?

Check your bank or card statement. If nothing appears, contact your financial institution. Still no update? Email us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate for you.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective. In some cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable service.
